On November 12, 2025, the Third Foreign Investment Congress will take place in Warsaw.
The event will be held under the patronage of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Poland and with the support of UkraineInvest.
This event continues the successful platform launched in 2024. During the Second Foreign Investment Congress, held on May 15–16, 2025, in Kyiv,
we managed to bring together 185 participants from 28 countries despite the ongoing war.

The Foreign Investment Congress is a permanent communication platform that brings together the key stakeholders of Ukraine’s economic transformation and recovery, including:
- foreign investors and international business;
- representatives of local communities and regional business, including veteran-owned enterprises;
- international financial institutions and private financial providers;
- the Government of Ukraine and diplomatic missions as representatives of foreign governments.
The Congress aims is to create a space for open dialogue and cooperation focused on:
