We invite you to participate in the II Luxembourg-Poland Economic Conference: Luxembourg-Poland Space Partnership.
The conference will take place on 5 December 2019 (Thursday) in Warsaw, Poland at the Embassy of Luxembourg. Panel discussions and meetings between representatives of academia and business will last from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm
The Luxembourg – Polish Chamber of Commerce is organizing the Conference in cooperation with the Embassy of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in Poland, the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Luxembourg and the Polish-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce (PLIG).
On 12 October 2018. The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and the Republic of Poland signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the launch of bilateral cooperation in the field of space activities with a special focus on space resources. The signatories of the MoU were the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of Luxembourg Étienne Schneider and the Polish Minister of Entrepreneurship and Technology Ms. Jadwiga Emilewicz.
The aim of the conference is to review the state of bilateral cooperation and to bring together companies and experts from the space sector as well as from the financial and public sectors from Luxembourg and Poland. It will discuss issues related to the development of space technology as a long term activity but with a potential for short term market deployment. It will be a great opportunity for space sector entrepreneurs from both countries to exchange views and experiences and to find partners for cooperation.
