We are proud that we could be part of a symphony concert presented by the outstanding Luxembourg Philharmonic Orchestra.Consisting of 99 musicians from 20 different countries, this Orchestra, under the direction of the rising star conductor Gustavo Gimeno, provided an unforgettable musical experience.
We are full of admiration for the soloist of the evening, the Italian pianist Beatrice Rana, who performed the rarely played Piano Concerto in A minor, Op. 7 Clara Schumann. This unique performance was recorded by the artist on an album released in 2023.
We would like to thank His Excellency the Ambassador of Luxembourg in Poland, Paul Schmit, for the opportunity to participate in the ceremony that took place at the Embassade du Luxembourg à Varsovie after the concert at the National Philharmonic in Warsaw.
During this solemn meeting, the Ambassador honored Mrs. Elżbieta Penderecka, in recognition of her unparalleled contributions to strengthening cultural relations between Luxembourg and Poland, awarding her the honorary distinction of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Chevalier de l’Ordre du Mérite.
