On behalf of all organizing Chambers and Partners, we are pleased to invite you to the upcoming edition of the International Speed Business Mixer, which will take place in the dynamic city of Gdańsk.
Speed Business Mixers, highly popular among chamber members, provide an efficient networking platform designed to foster new professional connections and strengthen existing ones.
The event features three structured 20-minute networking sessions, optimized for maximum efficiency. Each participant will be assigned to a group of up to 10 professionals, where they will have two minutes to present their company. Following the presentations and exchange of business cards, participants will rotate to the next group according to a personalized schedule.
After the structured sessions, attendees are invited to continue networking in a relaxed social setting, accompanied by a selection of refreshments.

Participation Fees:
🔹 PLIG Members: 250 PLN net per person.
🔹 Non-Members: 450 PLN net per person.
Event Regulations:
- Only one representative per company may participate in the Speed Mixer portion of the event, regardless of chamber affiliations.
A second representative from the same company is welcome to join the networking reception starting at 19:30. - Upon arrival, each participant registered for the Speed Business Mixer will receive a personalized meeting schedule. While the organizers will strive to accommodate preferences indicated in the registration form, they cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.
- Participants will be divided into groups of up to 10 individuals. During each round, participants will have two minutes to introduce their company. After all presentations and the exchange of business cards (approximately 20 minutes), participants will proceed to the next group according to their individual schedules. The number of groups will depend on the total number of attendees.
- Due to limited capacity, individuals who confirm their attendance but fail to participate or cancel by April 8, 2025, will be invoiced 250 PLN net (for members) or 450 PLN net (for non-members) to cover organizational costs.
